• I understand that the needs of each and every animal will be different and adjust our services acordingly.
• I understand that leaving your pet for the first time in our care is a big event and can be a stressful and upsetting time for you, therefore, I try and make this as easy as possible.

• I prefer that Dogs and owners are met and interviewed to establish the dogs needs, requirements, likes and dislikes and to get a general understanding of the words and commands your dog is used to responding to. This is free of charge.... 

• I do NOT farm out your pet to a third party like some others do.

•  Whether you Dog is Large or Small ,Young or Old, no matter what shape or size!!

• I am Fully insured and CRB checked for peace of mind.

• Fully trained in Pet First Aid for your peace of mind.
